Competition Terms

The promoter of the Competition is BUCO, a division of The Building Company (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter").

The name of the Competition is “BUCO Oudtshoorn Launch Giveaway Competition” (“the Competition name”).

The Competition will run from 1 to 15 March 2025, both days included ("the Competition Period"). By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Competition prizes (“the Prize”) to be won: Compact Kettle 57cm Weber , valued at R3 850. Compact Kettle 57cm Weber , valued at R3 850. Generator 5.5KVA Max Power 4 Stroke + Battery and Wheels Ryobi , valued at R8 250.

The promoter of the Benefit Card is BUCO, a division of The Building Company (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter").

The name of the Promotion is the ‘BUCO BUCKS Benefit Card’ (“the Promotion”).

The Promotion will be valid from 01 March 2025.

BUCO BUCKS Benefit card and stickers will only be available, valid, and redeemable at BUCO Oudtshoorn. For every R2 000 you spend in-store, at the participating BUCO store, you’ll receive one (1) sticker.

Important clauses which may limit our responsibility, place an obligation on you to indemnify us, involve an acknowledgment of any fact or involve some risk for you will be in bold and italics. You must pay special attention to these clauses.:

1. Introduction

1.1 The Expresso and Plascon Hybridity Competition (Competition) will be run by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (Cardova/organisers/we/us/our).

1.2 Each person entering the Competition (entrants/you/your) and/or accepting the prize in terms of this Competition agrees and accepts that the Competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on him/her.
