BUCO | Mzansi Cribs Makeover

Buco was the building materials sponsor for the 3rd season of the Mzansi Cribs Makeover show. The season ended in true Buco style: by changing lives through building possibilities!

The final episode saw the makeover of not one, but two rooms of CHOC house Johannesburg. CHOC, Childhood Cancer Foundation SA, is a non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families.

CHOC has 13 home-away-from-home accommodation facilities close to the specialised treatment centres across South Africa to accommodate out-of-town patients and a parent/caregiver during the lengthy cancer treatment phase.

Buco was happy to double our sponsorship for the season finale in support of this incredibly worthy cause. Two kitchens got beautiful and practical makeovers. It was a day filled with smiles and joyful tears. And we are proud to have contributed - to have built lives, homes and communities throughout the entire 3rd season of Mzansi Cribs Makeover.
