Eligibility
The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older, and in possession of a valid
drivers licence.

Employees of the Organiser, their partners and suppliers, their immediate families, and any other person directly
involved with the organization of the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period
The Competition commences on 2 September 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024 ("Competition Period").

Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

1. Purchase any Eco Tanks products at participating retailers.
2. Scan our QR code to visit our website
3. Upload your invoice along with your name, phone number, and email.

Prizes

At the end of the Competition Period 1 of 4 new Toyota Starlets will be awarded to the 4 individual winners.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. Competition
ends 30 November 2024.

Draw takes place 6 December 2024. Winners must respond within 10 days of notification. Failure to respond within
this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected.

General Conditions

All entries must be original and not violate any third party’s rights.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Organiser by any entrant
or any other person.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suXered as a result of participating in the Competition,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Organiser is not liable for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the
Competition.

Publicity

By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes
without compensation.

Privacy

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and in
accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
